◎简 介
故事发生在十九世纪七十年代的美国新墨西哥洲，杰夫兹（沃尔特·休斯顿 Walter Huston 饰）是生活在那里的一名丧妻多年的农场主，在他的悉心抚养之下，他的女儿万斯（芭芭拉·斯坦威克 Barbara Stanwyck 饰）和儿子克雷（约翰·布罗姆菲尔德 John Bromfield 饰）都顺利长大成人。
