约会大作战剧场版全集动画讲诉与妹妹一起生活，就读于都立来禅高中的主人公五河士道，过着平常的生活的他在四月十日遇上了一场大爆炸，而在大爆炸之中出现了被称作"精灵"的谜之美少女夜刀神十香。十香曾于30年前给地球带来了大灾害，而如今她的再度出现又将会给地球带来同样的灾难。然而，过着平凡的生活的士道却能阻止她摧毁地球，那就是要与她约会，就这样故事正式拉开帷幕。
